Handy.ai works with third party artificial intelligence service providers, such as OpenAI as a chatbot feature that customer end users interact with, and thus it may obtain and/or provide your Personal Data from and/or to third party artificial intelligence service providers, including OpenAI, to facilitate the provision of our Services. This chat bot data would be aggregated and/or de-identified so that such information can no longer be linked to users or user devices (“Aggregated Data”). Aggregated Data cannot and does not identify you and does not constitute personal information. We may use and disclose Aggregated Data for a number of purposes including improving our Services and market research. Our use and disclosure of Aggregated Data is not subject to the terms of this Policy.
Payment Information: When required, we will collect your credit card or other payment information. We use third-party payment service providers to process payments on our behalf, and as a result we do not ourselves store your credit card number or other payment information.
